FAQ — Your Two Guys Junk Removal | Lehigh Valley, PA

Question 1

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve Lehigh, Northampton, Bucks, Montgomery, Berks, and Carbon counties in Pennsylvania. If you're not sure whether we cover your town, just give us a call or text — we'll let you know right away.

Question 2

Do you charge extra for locations outside Lehigh Valley?

Accepted Answer

For jobs in the surrounding counties we may add a small travel fee depending on distance. We'll always be upfront about any additional charges before we confirm your booking — no surprises.

Question 3

Can you pick up from inside my home, garage, or basement?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. You don't need to drag anything to the curb. We haul from anywhere on your property — inside the house, attic, basement, garage, backyard, wherever it is.

Question 4

How much does junk removal cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on the volume of junk we haul — how much space it takes up in our truck. We give you a firm, all-inclusive quote before we start. No hidden fees, no fuel surcharges, no surprises.

Question 5

Is the quote free?

Accepted Answer

Yes, completely free and no obligation. Call or text us with a description of what you need removed, or fill out our online form, and we'll give you a quote fast — usually same day.

Question 6

Do you charge for showing up if I decide not to book?

Accepted Answer

No. If we come out to give you an on-site quote and you decide not to move forward, there's no charge. We want you to feel comfortable before committing.

Question 7

Are there any items you charge extra for?

Accepted Answer

Certain items like refrigerators, air conditioners, and TVs require special disposal and may carry a small additional fee due to recycling costs. We'll always tell you upfront if that applies to your job.

Question 8

What items do you remove?

Accepted Answer

We take just about everything: furniture, appliances, mattresses, electronics, yard debris, construction waste, boxes, clothing, and general household junk. If you're not sure about a specific item, just ask.

Question 9

Are there items you won't take?

Accepted Answer

We can't take hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, asbestos, motor oil, propane tanks, or medical waste. If you have items like these, we can point you toward the right disposal resource.

Question 10

Do you take a single item or do I need a full load?

Accepted Answer

We take single items all the time — one couch, one appliance, one mattress. You only pay for the space your items take up, so there's no minimum load requirement.

Question 11

What do you do with the junk after you haul it?

Accepted Answer

We sort everything before it goes to the dump. Usable furniture and goods are donated to local charities. Metals and electronics are recycled. Only what can't be reused or recycled goes to the landfill.

Question 12

How quickly can you come out?

Accepted Answer

We offer same-day and next-day service in most areas. Call or text us in the morning and we can often be there that afternoon. For larger jobs, we recommend booking a day or two ahead.

Question 13

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

We're available Monday through Friday 7 AM – 7 PM, Saturday 8 AM – 5 PM, and Sunday by appointment. Need something outside those hours? Give us a call — we'll do our best to accommodate.

Question 14

How do I book a pickup?

Accepted Answer

The easiest way is to call or text us at (484) 633-0490. You can also fill out the quote request form on our Contact page and we'll follow up quickly. No app, no account, no hassle.

Question 15

What if I need to reschedule?

Accepted Answer

No problem at all. Just call or text us as soon as you know and we'll find a new time that works. We understand plans change.

Question 16

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service after the job is complete.

Question 17

When do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment is collected on-site once the job is done and you're satisfied. We don't require a deposit to book.

Question 18

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

No deposit required. You pay after the work is done and you're happy with the result.
